Alexandra DeGol
FNP-C

Owner and Founder

Alex is a family nurse practitioner. She is a graduate of Duquesne University in 2020 and holds a Master of Science in Nursing degree. She has experience in trauma, interventional cardiology, and medical/surgical nursing. She has worked in hospital, office, and telehealth settings. She has special interests in in-home care, preventative medicine, wellness education, pediatrics, and women’s health/lactation.

Alex’s reason for starting 360 Wellness was to fill some gaps she saw in our community’s medical offerings. During Alex’s most recent pregnancy, she struggled with hyperemesis gravidarum, a condition causing severe nausea and vomiting. After months of weekly hospital visits for IV fluids and vitamins, she saw firsthand how inconvenient and costly this was. With our infusion clinic, we will be able to treat conditions like hyperemesis, dehydration, vitamin deficiency, and more in a convenient outpatient setting, saving you time and money. The weight loss clinic is also near and dear to Alex. Having polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), she struggled with weight loss after her pregnancies, working with a variety of trainers and dietitians. She realized how convenient it would be to have a single clinic offering medical weight loss, personal training, and nutritional counseling. She is excited to help you meet your goals!
